Position: Content Strategist

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Create monthly content calendars for social media and digital campaigns.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content.
- Write and optimize content briefs, captions, website copy, and campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketers to produce engaging content.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, tone, and objectives.
- Monitor content performance using analytics and recommend improvements.
- Plan and execute campaign content across multiple digital platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, SEO practices, and content marketing techniques.
- Manage multiple client projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development, with experience creating structured, goal-driven content plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Content Management, including organizing, maintaining, and updating content across multiple platforms and channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Content Writing and Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
- Candidates should have the ability to analyze content performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative or marketing teams.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO best practices, and brand positioning within agency or fast-paced environments is beneficial.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in preparing content strategy, campaign planning, social media and digital marketing.
Employment Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time
