Role Overview

We’re looking for a Technical Content Writer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to craft clear, helpful, and user-focused content. Your writing will guide users through our platform—from understanding new features to resolving issues—ensuring they get maximum value from our technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clear, engaging product documentation, user manuals, knowledge base articles, release notes, and feature walkthroughs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple and accessible language for users with varying technical backgrounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Engineering, Design—to gather inputs and ensure accuracy.
• Structure and maintain the documentation portal for ease of navigation and discoverability.
• Keep documentation updated with every new product release and enhancement.
• Support the creation of internal documentation and training materials when required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical writing, ideally for SaaS or technology platforms.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and structure.
• Ability to learn technical systems quickly and simplify complex processes for end users.
• Comfortable working closely with technical teams to gather and validate information.
• A user-first mindset with the ability to anticipate user questions and provide clear solutions through content.
