Optomi, in partnership with a premier partner in the healthcare sector, is seeking a UX Content Writer (Content Designer) to support our client’s consumer-facing digital platforms. This role focuses on developing clear, concise, and user-friendly content for member portals, digital forms, and program communications. The ideal candidate will have experience structuring content logically, collaborating within Figma, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Position Details:
Type: 6+ month contract to hire
Location: Remote (Must sit within the US)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop UX content for consumer-facing digital healthcare platforms, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Write alerts and notifications for the member portal, including system downtime messages.
- Assist in structuring and refining digital forms to optimize user experience before design implementation.
- Support content updates for new program offerings, rate quote flows, and member plan selection.
- Work directly in Figma, updating and refining content within design components.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone—concise, direct, and easy to understand.
- Navigate legal and compliance approvals for all written content.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of UX writing, technical writing, or related experience.
- Experience working on consumer-facing platforms within a regulated industry (healthcare, legal, finance, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong ability to structure and organize information logically before design implementation.
- Figma experience preferred.
- Ability to manage content through multiple stakeholder reviews, including compliance and legal teams.
