We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our remote digital marketing team. Your work will support product documentation, marketing materials, and customer education initiatives, helping bridge the gap between our technology and our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Development:
- Write and maintain product documentation (user guides, API docs, release notes)
- Develop technical marketing content (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts)
- Create customer-facing materials (FAQs, knowledge base articles, tutorials)
- Collaboration & Strategy
- Partner with engineering teams to understand product functionality
- Work with marketing teams to align technical content with brand voice
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement metrics
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct peer reviews of technical documentation
- Maintain version control for all documentation
- Update existing materials to reflect product updates
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years technical writing experience (SaaS/tech industry preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex concept simplification
- Technical Skills
- Mastery of documentation tools (Confluence, Markdown, MadCap Flare)
- Experience with diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
- Familiarity with version control (Git, Bitbucket)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
