Job description

Deliver a consistent brand tone of voice and communication strategy.
Integrate creative writing across public websites, financial literacy platforms, UX experiences, and more.
Develop strong and innovative brand concepts while passionately championing ideas.
Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team that includes designers, product managers, and analysts.
Write various types of content for our transactional platforms and support tools (FAQs, demos, etc.) using clear and accessible language.
Simplify the customer experience on our digital platforms and clarify complex financial literacy concepts.
Establish effective processes and timelines for content delivery, including English and French translations.
Maintain consistent quality assurance by testing, editing, and refining your own work.
Measure and analyze results, draw conclusions, and submit recommendations for optimization.
Ensure compliance with UX standards and contribute to maintaining a strong brand tone.
Implement and adhere to best practices in UX writing, short content, and web accessibility standards.
