Technical Writer

Join Vertical Scope Group's (VSG) Professional Services Division in Canberra as we are seeking a driven, highly skilled and competent TS PV cleared, Document Writer/Technical Writer to join our award-winning team in supporting our Defence and National Intelligence Community customers.

About the role:

• Previous experience in writing ITSM documentation.
• Previous experience with creating presentations and briefings aimed at technical and non technical personnel.
• Previous experience with developing standard operating process documents, procedures, knowledge articles, flow charts and scripts.
• Previous experience with presenting ITSM policy and processes to stakeholders.
