Content Strategist and Writer

At WayMaker Business Consultancy, we believe strategy begins long before the first campaign goes live. That's why we're looking for a Content Strategist with 2–2.5 years of experience. Not someone who simply writes. We're looking for someone who can connect business goals with customer psychology and transform that understanding into content people genuinely want to read, watch, save and share. What You'll Own

As a Content Strategist, you'll be responsible for defining how brands communicate across every customer touchpoint. Your responsibilities will include:

• - Plan integrated campaigns across digital channels.
• Strategic Copywriting
• - LinkedIn thought leadership content.
• - High-converting website copy.
• - Landing pages and service pages.
• - Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad copy.
• - Social media posts, captions and campaign messaging.
• - Long-form SEO blogs and pillar content.
• - Short-form educational and storytelling content.
• - Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
• - Video scripts for reels, YouTube and brand films.
• - Sales decks, brochures and marketing collateral.
• - Product launches and brand announcements.
• Content Marketing
• - Develop SEO-led content strategies.
• - Build topic clusters and content ecosystems.
• - Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
• - Create lead magnets, case studies, whitepapers and newsletters.
• - Measure content performance and continuously refine strategy.
• Research & Insights
• - Audience persona development.
• - Consumer behaviour analysis.
• - Competitor benchmarking.
• - Industry and trend research.
• - Search intent and keyword research.
• - AI-assisted content research and workflow optimisation.

Skills We're Looking For

- Exceptional writing and editing skills.

- Strong understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
