Technical & Content Writer

Wolfiz Solutions is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Technical & Content Writer with up to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of both technical writing (such as proposals and requirement documentation) and content writing (such as blogs and web content). This hybrid role is perfect for someone who can effectively communicate complex ideas through both structured documentation and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting technical proposals and documentation to support client projects.
• Create and maintain Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and SRS documents with input from technical teams.
• Develop clear and visually supported project diagrams including flowcharts and architecture overviews using tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
• Write engaging website content, blog posts, and case studies aligned with the company's branding and tone.
• Translate technical information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in technical writing and content writing, ideally in a software development or IT environment.
• Basic understanding of technical documentation including proposals, FRDs, and system design diagrams.
• Experience writing marketing content, blog articles, and web copy is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with documentation and diagramming tools like Google Docs, MS Word, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.
• Excellent written English with attention to detail and tone.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
