Job description
We are looking for a senior content leader (US Market Focus) who understands how content drives pipeline, positioning, and revenue — not just traffic. The ideal candidate must have experience working with or targeting the US market, understands audience psychology, knows how to craft strong hooks and narratives, and has worked closely with performance marketing, growth, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive multi-brand content strategy
- Create high-converting content for:
- Websites
- Landing pages
- Paid campaigns
- Blogs
- LinkedIn
- Sales enablement
- Build funnel-based content (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU)
- Work closely with:
- Performance marketing teams
- SEO teams
- Sales teams
- Product & leadership teams
- Develop compelling hooks, positioning, and messaging aligned to US audiences
- Drive SEO-led organic growth and conversion-focused content initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels
Ideal Candidate
- 6–10 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or growth content
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or service businesses
- Experience working with US-market audiences and messaging
- Strong understanding of:
- Buyer psychology
- Demand generation
- Performance marketing
- SEO & search intent
- Conversion-focused copywriting
- Ability to simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience collaborating directly with growth and paid marketing teams
