Job Description: A creative and strategic Content Manager to lead our content initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement. In this role, you will develop, manage, and optimize content across multiple platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns spanning various verticals. Additionally, you will support Ayathana.com and wishwa.org growth strategy, contributing to its goal of achieving a multi crore turnover through impactful storytelling, brand positioning, and content-driven engagement.

- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business objectives and audience needs.
- Execution Calendar: Maintain a structured editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery every month.
- Website: The Content Manager plays a crucial role in shaping website copy and enhancing UI/UX by ensuring that content is clear, engaging, and user-friendly. They craft compelling, on-brand messaging that guides users seamlessly through the site, improving readability and accessibility. By collaborating with designers and developers, they ensure content placement, structure, and tone align with user experience best practices, reducing friction and enhancing navigation. Additionally, they optimize copy for SEO, conversions, and engagement, making the website not just visually appealing but also functional and results-driven.
- Content creation and editing: Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content, including blogs, articles, case studies, social media posts, and multimedia assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to execute content initiatives effectively.
- Social Media Ads: Develop and implement content strategies for paid social media advertising campaigns in alignment with broader marketing goals. Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ensure ad creatives and messaging reflect the brand voice and campaign objectives.
- SEO and Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user engagement, analyzing performance to make data-driven improvements.
- Analytics: Track and report key content performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategies.
- Social media and Community Engagement: Manage and grow social media presence by curating content, monitoring engagement, and fostering community interaction.
- Branding: Responsibility to ensure Wishwa Brand colour, fonts, aesthetics are maintained across channels.
- Content ideation and planning: The Content Manager primarily acts as a coordinator, ensuring seamless execution across content, design, and multimedia teams while aligning with brand goals and SOPs.
