Senior Content Design Lead - Product Discovery

Your Mission

You’ll be leading a group of talented content designers, working across the cross-functional teams that make up Product Discovery in onboarding — a squad that acts as the ‘Window to Wise’ and shaping people’s first experiences and interactions with us.

How You’ll Be Contributing

• Collaborating with your product design, product management and engineering partners to lead the teams, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it. Working on the exciting growth area of our Business product, specifically the discovery journey, and setting the direction for upcoming work
• Planning and prioritising the work and hiring and onboarding new designers as needed
• Working with design leaders from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers
• Using your design leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the onboarding squad

About You

You specifically have experience in B2B spaces, crafting compelling narratives that shape the user journey. You’re an accomplished content design leader with experience leading teams to ship world-class consumer productsYou’re a trusted partner, building effective relationships with your peers across the businessYou’re comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully lead groups in this environmentYou have an eye for quality, and know how to support designers and teams to deliver itYou’re influential and inspiring, able to lead others in a culture that values autonomy and empowermentYou’re highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with
